Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, a £25 deposit is required to secure all appointments, with the remaining balance payable at the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless the required notice period is given.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the £25 deposit.
All cancellations must be made through The Beauty Spa reception or contact number.
Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of the original deposit and require a new £25 deposit to secure the new appointment.
All rescheduling requests must be made through The Beauty Spa reception or contact number.
No Shows:
Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the £25 deposit.
Late arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be able to receive their treatment and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. Where possible, late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment to avoid delays to subsequent clients.
Illness and Exceptional Circumstances:
If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. Each situation will be considered at our discretion
Changes made by us:
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, any deposit paid will be transferred to a new appointment or refunded in full.
Right to Refuse Future Bookings:
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings to clients who repeatedly miss or cancel appointments without sufficient notice.
Policy Acknowledgement:
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
